Salvation Army Toy Drive
Good Afternoon,
Christmas is the season for giving, especially in the tough economic times of today. Please help J. J. White in coming to the aid of the Salvation Army, who is in desperate need of providing the Christmas joy we sometimes take for granted. J. J. White is once again participating in the Salvation Army’s Angel Tree Program. This year we will be donating to Salvation Army Citadel Corps which is located on Rising Sun Avenue, so we will be donating to kids in and around this neighborhood. You select an Angel Tag, each tag represents a specific child and includes the gender and age of the child on the back, and you then purchase a new, unwrapped toy. The new, unwrapped toy and the Angel Tag can then be put into the donation box. Anyone can donate a new, unwrapped toy, without selecting a tag. The donation box and Angel Tags will be located in the kitchen of the main building. The toy drive will begin on Wednesday November 17th and will end on Thursday December 9th. Let us help make this a wonderful Christmas for the less fortunate.
