Dear Jim,
On behalf of the Philadelphia Korean War Memorial, Inc. and all of the Korean War Veterans involved with the construction of the Korean War Memorial, I wish to thank you and your staff for the fine work performed in the completion of the Memorial.
As President of the Corporation, there was never a time when I contacted your office to review the progress of the work, that Jim Gallagher, the Head of your Construction Management Department, was not available to answer or solve any problem that had arisen.
As you know, early on, there were delays not caused by your office, which might have prevented us from dedicating the Memorial on June 22, 2002; however, your expeditious handling of all aspects of the construction prevented that from happening.
I certainly have no objection to your showing this letter to any of your prospective clients and if you have any questions, please advise me.
