Dear Jim:
Our financial control officer has informed me that the last payment for the improvements to our PALM offices was mailed on November 29th. I would like to take this occasion to thank you for your company’s performance in outfitting our office space and for your patience in dealing with our payment schedule. I would like to thank you also for your personal attention to the progress of work on this job. I was always aware that you would respond personally to any concerns that arose. Fortunately, these were few and far between and you and I had to get together only on typical progress benchmark occasions.
I am pleased on this occasion to compliment all of the J.J. White personnel who were assigned to work on our building. We expected that work on our building would reflect the outstanding skills of our local trades people and we were not disappointed. Finally, I would like to note special satisfaction with the performance of Jim Gallagher for his supervision and repeated attention to all of our many requests. Jim has earned the respect of all of our staff for his professional manner and courteous follow-up of all aspects of work at our headquarters.
As you probably know, we have entered into a contract agreement with your Service Division to maintain our various utility systems, so we look forward to a long term continuous relationship with the J.J.White organization.
