Since you last finished the Starbucks installation in the Bell Building for Temple University, I want to complement you and your team for your good work on this hardly routine project. This was a very complicated installation in a tight space in an occupied building involving many trades, and you managed to complete it within six weeks. There had to have been a bit of magic in this appearing act, or a steady flow of Starbucks coffee for the duration, to make this happen.
In spite of all the other factors that would work against this outcome, the job looks great as well. So nice going. We look forward to working with you on other projects.
