Dear Jim,
I am writing to commend you, Bob Bingnear, Tim Maxey, Steve Cant, and the J.J. White team for another successful collaboration with us on the Kresge Building project. This was not an easy project, working in an old and fully occupied building and trying to meld new systems with the existing ones, but your handling of the job was professional and effective. Particularly important for us and Temple was your ability to anticipate and resolve unforeseen problems before they impacted the schedule. I also want to say that the team of subcontractors and journeymen you brought to the job were generally excellent as was your management of them.
The one common feature that runs through all our successful projects is good team formation among the client, user, building, and designer. All the participants on this project were committed to a successful outcome and worked well together from the first day. That made our work both easier and a lot more enjoyable.
So, thank you for a job well done. I know I am echoing Temple’s sentiments as well. I look forward to working with you again in the near future.
