Just wanted to let you know that the level of service from Brian Smith is unlike any HVAC mechanic we've ever had. Brian came to our location today for the Spring PM on our rooftop units. Not only did he do the PM, but he pointed out some technical areas of concern with our units. I know this is his job, but unlike other mechanics, he took his time and explained thoroughly as to why they were a concern. Brian is very personable and professional when dealing with his customers. Brian explained that he's been working for your company for quite some time and he seems very prideful of that fact. This is also reflected in the work that he does. You have an excellent employee in Brian, and consider yourself lucky to have him on your team.
