Brian was excellent with his knowledge of operation on the cascade refrigeration system & troubleshooting skills. He was very diligent (over 5 hours of troubleshooting & 2 calls to Revco Tech support along with whatever little available schematics that we had to work with.- Mounted on inside of the side panel.) The freezer did not have any service ports for access to either compressor so we exhausted all means of troubleshooting without cracking into the sealed systems with pierce taps.(Which we all know cause leaks over time anyway.) If we have any freezer issues in the future, I would request Brian Kedra again without hesitation! He is a great asset to have as your employee & he will give JJ White a first class reputation because of the quality of his work. Thanks again!
