In fact, the entire Stewart Room staff sends their appreciation. I know you worked many hours to find the problem. Through your persistent effort, you fixed the problem.
I appreciate your kindness and understanding and I thank you for being straightforward with me about the problem with the air conditioning. The Stewart Room staff and Dean Marilyn Martin appreciated the updates I was able to give them after speaking to Jerry.
