Jim,
I just want to pass on my words of appreciation towards your staff, not just with the latest mis-hap, but over the last two projects I have had direct contact with your company.
During the past summer, J.J. White handled a large exterior duct work replacement project along with one of your subs S.S.M., again Mike DePalma / Project Manger and Steve Lentz / foreman, went over and above to meet timing issues, and were very instrumental in having this project come in on time, and under budget.
Currently we have just starting ramping up for the Ryan Vet Hospital 2nd floor cage wash replacement, I am happy to say, I am experiencing the same attention to detail from both Steve and Mike.
On a personal note, I have had the pleaser of meeting you in person November of 2006, at the Irish Hall of Fame induction, as you were installed at the same time with my father Paul Phillips, what a fun night, and I still have a copy of the signed Autograph picture of Tommy McDonald hanging in my office you were giving out after the Eagles game from early in the day when you meet Tommy.
I would also like to thank you for all of your pass support to the Irish Memorial and to the Irish community, and as I am a member of the Board of Directors of the St. Patrick's Day Observance Association, who is in charge of organizing and getting the parade up the street, along with our president Michael Bradley.
