I want to acknowledge you and your employees’ contribution to the safety performance at the Trainer Refinery.
The safety statistics this year document that our performance, focus, programs (existing and new) and collaboration have generated one of the best years ever at this site.
Some of the milestones include:
- Over 1.5 million safe hours for the site.
- Over 1 year since our last Lost Workday case.
- Two Contractor OSHA Recordables producing a rate of 1.06.
I am convinced we can get this site to “0” OSHA Recordables. It will take all of us working together, recognizing that continuous improvements (in both conditions and behavior) will need to be an integral expectation for Trainer.
