I would like to commend the entire J.J. White organization for their contribution in the erection of Liberty Energy Project – 550 Megawatt Combined Cycle Power Plant in Eddystone, Pennsylvania. Your organization had provided “top of the industry” quality and craftsmanship in the erection of two Aalborg Inc. Heat Recovery Steam Generators, one Holtec Inc. Steam Condenser, two GE Inc. Frame 7 Gas Turbine Inlet Filter House and Air Plenum Assemblies, Pipe Rack and other miscellaneous systems.
My thanks to J.J. White for bringing more to the table than just the ability to erect mechanical systems but also the experience and diligence to identify incongruities in design and material supply well before the time of installation. This enabled the project to mitigate what would have otherwise resulted in undesirable budget and schedule impacts.
J.J. White had performed the work with an honest commitment to abide in strict accordance with ASME codes, industry standards, and project specifications. The level of quality in the workmanship performed by J.J. White is excellent and cannot be challenged.
J.J. White’s project management team is solid throughout the ranks, from front line foreman to project manager. Their consistent professionalism, dedication, and flexibility throughout the project, particularly in situations where we had asked the team to modify their plan in order to accommodate other site activities, are very much appreciated and have contributed greatly to the success of this project.
I have tremendous respect for your team – they’re a talented bunch and a pleasure to work with.
