Thank you for taking on the small job at our ice cream parlor. The Franklin Fountain was built to be a special place and Fran Amato, the plumber you employed, is a special person. Fran was very thorough, explaining how each part of our plumbed-in equipment works. He also took us step-by-step through his plumbing installations to better our understanding of it. Fran was quality-oriented, taking great pride in the details of his craft. We have the fullest confidence in his ability and can conduct business assured that his work and materials are of the highest quality. Fran was consistently in good humor with a positive mindset making him a pleasure to work with.
Greg George, the project manager, was always accommodating, prompt and eager to please at a moment’s notice. Both of these fine men presented a polished image of J.J. White and we’re very happy to have worked with them.
