Dear Monsignor McManus:
I am delighted to recommend J.J. White Incorporated of Philadelphia for construction services related to the addition to St. Joseph’s School in Downingtown.
I am currently coordinating the engineering and construction process for a one million dollar installation of 340 fan coil units and a 60 ton chiller at Camilla Hall Infirmary. J.J. White was awarded the job based on their competitive bid and attention to detail.
The story could stop here. Best price, aggressive schedule, balanced schedule of values, and no change orders to date. However, the story goes will beyond the ability of J.J. White to deliver outstanding construction services.
Under the leadership of Jack Burke and Robert Schmucker, multiple crews descended upon a fully occupied nursing facility, home to over 200 elderly sisters. The J.J. White organization approached this challenging logistical project by communicating with the professional staff, developing creative solutions to site conditions, and respecting and exceeding all general conditions of the project.
Having completed 10 million dollars worth of construction, I would not hesitate to place J.J. White at the top of my bid list. Please contact me at 610-647-4400 ext. 2652 if I can provide any further information. Best wishes and blessings in this effort.
Sincerely,
Sister Paula Marie Buley
IHM
