Dear Mr. White:
My name is C.S. Chen. I am the Tosco Reliability Engineer. One of my responsibilities is to evaluate, re-rate and resolve other ASME Code issues related to the pressure vessels in our refinery. In my position, I have worked with Mr. Al Dziedzina in a number of cases on these issues.
To resolve these issues, we, Tosco, are always striving to comply and interpret the Code based on good engineering practices to meet high engineering standards. In this process, Mr. Dziedzina has been very helpful and thorough. He has not only provided a good engineering approach in a number of cases, he also has a good working attitude and clear understanding of the intent of the Codes.
