I am taking this opportunity to let you know my evaluation of J.J. White Inc. services since we are now at the end of our maintenance contract for the Polyols Pilot Unit.
I would like to commend your people for doing quality work in a timely manner. I specifically recognize Messrs Bissonette, Eichman, Magaw and Cassidy for their efforts. They performed in a highly professional manner showing initiative and creativity in doing their work and in helping us solve problems. The response to our work order requests were always friendly, quick and done right the first time. I also appreciated the way their work areas were kept tidy and cleaned up after the work was completed.
Overall, I feel that J.J. White Inc. met the high standards of performance that we set for ourselves at ARCO Chemical. I look forward to future possibilities of working together again sometime soon.
