Hess Double Bottom Floor in TK-216

I just wanted to drop a note to let you know how pleased I am with foreman Rick McTheny and his crew installing the double bottom floor in Tk-1216. To date, they have paid very close attention to details needed to insure a long lasting trouble free repair. Some questions arose on the installation of the mastic used to seal the HDPE liner; we sorted through the questions, defined the requirements and Rick made sure the requirements were met. I inspected the liner to shell tie in and the word that jumped into my mind was "perfect". The crew cleaned the dirt from the bob cat they are using to install the sand so it would not track or drop dirt into the sand bed foundation. I have yet to find even a streak of anything but sand in the sand bed. The crew is also maintaining a tidy, organized safe work area. It is a pleasure working with them.
