High Hazard JSAs
JJ White has identified several task that require an additional JSA to be filled out prior to start of work.
These task are identified on the JSA card and always have an initial risk ranking of 3:
- Critical Lifts
- All HPWW Activities
- Energized Lines/Equipment
- Aerial Work Platforms
- Pneumatic Testing >100psig
- Working in extreme temperatures
