Risk Management Administrative Coordinator Join Our Team

Provide Risk Management administrative support to the Risk Management team in their efforts to ensure that the company identifies, communicates, measures, and manages company-wide risk and maintains a safe working environment for all personnel.

 

Responsibilities

  • Collects and compiles data for company training management system and third-party compliance reporting (ISNetworld, Veriforce, etc.)
  • Maintain stipend vehicle insurance and MVR records, fleet vehicle MVR records, CDL operator DQ files.
  • Administrate Fleet CBT program
  • Administrate eTracker5 database management and report querying
  • Administrate Drug and Alcohol Programs per Client and DOT requirements. Will assist in selection of collection facilities and arrange necessary vendor agreements with the same.
  • Maintain adequate supplies to field of – JSAs, JHAs, Postings, etc.
  • Assists with new hire package development for all field projects based off required security requirements
  • Complete periodic mandatory site hours reporting to client facilities and third-party compliance auditors as requested
  • Assists field safety coordinators job set-up with safety auditing software (Predictive Solutions)
  • Day to day support to Risk Management department
  • Other administrative duties as required by Risk Management department

Qualifications

  • Ability to comply with JJ White Code of Conduct, understand & demonstrate JJ White values, and demonstrate JJ White Principles
  • Exhibit polite and professional communication skills
  • Experience in the construction industry (preferred)
  • Experience in occupational health and safety (preferred)
