JJ White has been performing general, mechanical, and electrical, construction and maintenance services for banking and financial service institutions since the 1980s.

It all started with projects initially for CoreStates Bank, and expanded in future years in the early 2000’s time frame with the acquisition of Commerce Bank as a client and we initially bid and won Philadelphia, Montgomery, and Chester County‘s for Commerce Bank, and were called in to assess a compressor problem in a branch in Delaware County and when we saved Commerce Bank almost $3000 in not having to replace the compressor as their incumbent service provider had recommended, JJ White shortly thereafter was awarded all of the work for Delaware County for Commerce Bank.

JJ White in the 2005 through 2007 timeframe begin to do work for PFPC which is the financial and data services arm for PNC Bank. In the same timeframe JJ White also began a relationship with MBNA in Wilmington Delaware, at their data processing center which processed billions of dollars of transactions each day. In the 2010 to 2012 timeframe JJ White begin working for JP Morgan Chase in their data processing, and servicing center. In the 2012 through 2013 timeframe JJ White began relationships with First Source Bank in the Midwest and also Key Bank in the Midwest. JJ White not only renovated but also built new ground up construction for First Source Bank.

JJ White has also done office and administrative area renovations for Morgan Stanley, in the Midwest. JJ White has also performed HVAC service and renovation work for M&T Bank. JJ White currently has the responsibility for 41 area WSFS bank branches in the Delaware Valley region of Southeastern Pennsylvania and Southern New Jersey, where we are responsible for general, mechanical, or electrical construction or maintenance needs. JJ White is the primary service provider for all of these 41 Bank’s HVAC needs. Most recently JJ White has enjoyed great success and growth in supporting Wells Fargo Bank branch renovations and updating programs. This includes work in New York City, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware.
