The JJ White Service Group was awarded a contract to replace four Trane rooftop package units that were original to the Rocky Run YMCA in Delaware County, Pennsylvania. The existing units were over twenty years old and had been kept running for as long as they had by the continued service of JJ White under a maintenance agreement.
As refrigeration standards have changed and time had taken a toll on the units, it was decided upon by the customer that it would be a good time to update their existing units with similar replacements. With the assistance of Maxim Crane and through careful coordination between YMCA and JJ White, the swapping of the units was completed with minimal interruption to daily operations of the facility.
