As a seasoned Superintendent, Mike has played pivotal roles in the completion of significant ventures at Exelon, Calpine Delta, and multiple turnaround projects, demonstrating his expertise in managing complex industrial projects with precision and excellence.

Setting the Standard at Bayway Refinery

Mike’s leadership was instrumental in JJ White’s success at the Bayway Refinery, where under his guidance, the team achieved an outstanding milestone of 2 million work hours without a single OSHA recordable incident. His dedication to safety, meticulous planning, and effective management ensured not only project success but also the well-being of every team member.

A Leader Across States: From New Jersey to Illinois

Mike’s commitment to excellence took him across states, relocating to Illinois as the JJ White Site Leader for Wood River Refinery. Since assuming this role, Mike has been at the forefront, leading a diverse team through various turnaround cycles and managing direct crafts ranging from 150 to 700 employees. His leadership has been pivotal in expanding JJ White’s scope at Wood River Refinery, including mechanical maintenance contracts encompassing Tank, HVAC, and Shop work, and the recent integration of direct-hired Electricians.

Achieving Milestones Together

Under Mike’s leadership, the team at Wood River Refinery recently celebrated another significant milestone: surpassing 2 million man hours worked with zero recordable incidents.
