Project Controls / Planner Join Our Team

JJ White Inc. is seeking an Individual to fill a Position in Project Controls in the St. Louis Area.  

The Candidate must be able to reach out to the site supervision and gather data and report on performance metrics, project delays and work scope changes. A candidate familiar with Petro Chemical Refining or a prior work history in the Industrial Construction Field is a plus. 

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Gather and track performance metrics established by owner and report on this data on a monthly basis.
  • Familiarity with CCM or ECM tracking software.

Qualifications:

  • 5yrs of prior Project Controls Experience
  • Ability to work with minimum direction.
  • Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol screening.

Required Skills:

  • Must be computer literate, including proficiency in use of MS Office Suite of programs, including Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point and other data base applications as required.
  • Must have strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi task
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills a must
  • Successful candidate must be able to work independently, handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment, and effectively prioritize assignments
  • Knowledge of Oracle P6 Primavera is a major plus.
