P6 Scheduler Join Our Team

Job Purpose:

  • Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules to ensure on-time and on-budget completion.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to provide accurate scheduling data.
  • Identify potential schedule delays and recommend corrective actions.
  • Ensure project schedules are realistic, resource-loaded, and regularly updated to reflect actual progress.
  • Integrate subcontractor schedules into the master schedule and monitor performance.
  • Participate in project planning meetings and provide schedule-related insights.
  • Prepare and distribute schedule reports for management and clients.
  • Support tender submissions by providing preliminary schedules and reviewing bid documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with contract requirements regarding schedule updates and reporting.
  • Track critical path activities and identify potential risks to project delivery.
  • Assist with project closeout by preparing final schedule reports and lessons learned documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field/ equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 scheduling software.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and construction workflows.

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of relevant construction scheduling experience.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage baseline schedules for complex projects.
  • Experience in industrial, mechanical, or commercial construction preferred.
  • Union experiences are desired.
