Situation
Founded in 2007, Catalent holds the title for market leader in drug development, and is responsible for manufacturing almost half of all FDA approved drugs. JJ White was brought in to perform multiple turnkey renovation projects with MEP’s and equipment setting throughout their facility.
Challenges
The facility was occupied throughout the duration of the renovations and work had to be carried out with little disruption to the facility’s everyday production and operations.
Solution
JJ White operated on a strict schedule to ensure the civil work and mechanical infrastructure was completed on-time to accommodate the arrival and setting of the state-of-the-art production equipment. Work was carefully phased in order to minimize downtime and disruptions.

The renovations of Catalent Manufacturing has helped Catalent maintain its presence as the market leader in drug development, and delivery techniques.
